Each job is staffed with a crew of craftsmen who are trained to be very efficient. Every crew is led by a crew supervisor who manages the job from start to finish following the critical path. WCI Supervisors receive ongoing training in all areas of crew management, safety, new building codes and technologies.

Each crew is devoted to creating the best possible product. Running a clean and safe site is a large part of the program.

WCI is staffed with 30 full time employees, each of whom bring skill, creativity and is equipped with the vision to accomplish each project with care and precision according to the critical path schedule. WCI usually has five to seven crews operating each lead by a Crew Supervisor who takes care in the planning, on-site coordination and execution of each building project.
